The hotel room was very spacious and luxurious, by far the biggest I've ever stayed in. The hotel had a good swimming pool and gym facilities, which were worth using.- The hotel staff were decent and the service was good.
The hotel desperately needs renovation and is old fashioned. The bed mattress was as hard as the floor, leading to a bad sleep quality.

The hotel's location just next to the Exhibition Center makes it very convenient for visitors attending exhibitions or conferences. It is also near a Metro Station, providing easy access to the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a large lobby. The hotel offers facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and a decent breakfast spread.
The hotel staff's English-speaking skills are lacking, which can make communication difficult for non-Chinese speakers.

They tried to charge for interent use, on the web site says it is free. The backed down when challanged though. Deds were rock solid

the hotel literally smells bad. the elevators smell foul and the hallways were dirty. the carpet was realy dirty. the beds were hard and hurt my back. over all the hotel should be closed down and be renovated of not be recomended. for the price it was a rip off. ordered from the menue they had none on the list. realy a bad place to stay

Great location and excellent facilities offered. The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions and places of interest. The metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The swimming pool and gym are excellent facilities and well-maintained. The rooms are also clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay.
Poor English communication with staff and limited Wi-Fi accessibility. Most staff members struggled with English, making it difficult to communicate with them.

Beds were hard and shower was a trickle. Did not have the hairdrier as advertised. Room was old and not good. I booked for 10 days and moved to Sant Want Hotel - much better and cheaper!!

The room was guarenteed with my fahers American Express card. When I checked in they asked for mine. It was declined for technical reasons, which we later resolved. In the mean time they required that I use another card. The only one I had was my Bank ATM card. Which they used to hold CYN3000. Upon check-out they billed my AMEX for the total due. CYN2025. They are still holding CYN3000 of my money which is wrong. As the room was guarenteed with my Fathers AMEX, that should have been suficient Further more the total due should have beed deducted from the CYN 3000 deposit. An additional charge should not have been made. We are in the process of trying to recover the CYN 3000 from the hotel.
